Two REC Clients Acquired

We would like to extend our congratulations to two REC clients who were recently acquired:

• Broomfield-based Atomos Space was acquired by Arizona-based Katalyst Space Technologies.
• Denver-based Screens was acquired by California-based Agiloft, a KKR company, and Screens' affiliated company TermScout named Olga Mack as its new CEO.

It has been our honor to represent TermScout and Atomos Space for their commercial real estate needs since their early days and we wish founders Otto Hanson, Vanessa Clark and William Kowalski all the best in their future endeavors.
